Description & Requirements

Responsible for:
o Beverage Operations in F&B (incl. Conferences & Banqueting) with special focus on the Schooner Bar & Restaurant
o Exceeding our guests’ expectations and commercial results of all bar operations
o Operations and administration of the bars incl. promotional activities & events
o Recruitment, on-boarding, training, scheduling and leading the bar teams o Continuous improvement of Team Motivation, Service Quality, Safety & Hygiene, Bar Menu’s & Marketing (incl. Social Media) and Live Entertainment during Happy Hours.

• Reports to the F&B Manager and works closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Supervisors
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in a multi-outlet operation
• Able to work evening shifts, weekends and holidays
• Product knowledge: wines, cocktails, coffees, teas and modern bar trends
• Languages: fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written, Papiamentu is a plus
• Interpersonal skills: hospitable, communicative, motivator, trainer with natural flair
• Administrative skills: beverage menu-engineering, P&L, SOP’s and event organizing
