Description & Requirements
- Manage all F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Lead the F&B team by training and guiding talented personnelEstablish targets, procedures, schedules and policies.
- Ensure optimal preparations and execution of all F&B activities.
- Provide an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report regarding sales results and productivity
- Proven food and Beverage management experience in upscale restaurants (+/- 5 years).
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Guest oriented and service minded.
- Able to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written, Papiamentu is a plus
