Reponsible for:

  • Carry our daily administrative and support activities.
  • Carry out daily administrative and support activities.
  • Small project management in assistance of GM.
  • Keep an organized and efficient filing system for General manager from various departments and projects under utmost confidentiality.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (E-mail, letters, packages, returning of lost & found items for guests etc.)
  • Handle all sponsoring requests.
  • Calendar management for general manager.
•Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
•Proven experience as an executive assistant or management secretary
•Languages: fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written, Papiamentu is a big plus
•Interpersonal skills: excellent communication skills, flexible, reliable, patient, understanding of organizational sensitivity and service minded
•Proficient in MS Office
•High Integrity and confidentiality
•Well-organized
