The renovated 50’s residence has been transformed into a beautiful vacation villa with an enormous tropical garden, a nice pool and even a small playground for kids.
Damacor is part of Mahaai and is centrally located on the island, just 20 minutes from the airport and a 10 minutes drive into town. It is a lively neighborhood, with some nice establishments. For example, you will find a cozy coffee place, a diner, a pizzeria and a large supermarket. There is also a nature reserve close by called ‘het Kabouterbos’, with beautiful hiking trails.
Kas Kinikini has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a separate laundry room and a spacious living room with a semi open kitchen, equipped with all comforts and appliances. In the garden there is beautiful garden room and a covered porch completely surrounded with screen windows and screen doors. Next to the pool, you also find a nice gazebo. An extensive manual contains all information you need in- and around the house and you can find maps, trips and tips about the island itself.
