CHATA is especially grateful to our airline partners who have made it possible for us to invite several international culinary professionals. We thank Caribbean Airlines that made it possible for all visitors to enjoy the very renown Caribbean cocktail specialists from Trinidad & Tobago, the Bahamas and Barbados. Caribbean Airlines connects Curaçao to these popular Caribbean countries making it possible for CHATA to create the platforms where local talents can receive workshops from these international prize-winning specialists.
CHATA also thanks TUI and KLM for bridging innovation and talent between The Netherlands and Curaçao. It is through their contribution that Flavors of Curaçao welcomes renown Chef cook Justin Niessen of Restaurant Just in Rotterdam and also specialists from innovation Tech company Twelve.
Chef cook Justin Niessen will not only be treating the taste buds of the Flavors of Curaçao visitors, but will be offering a clinic for the young local talents of the Curaçao Culinary Team at the already popular newly opened Angus Steakhouse & Bar at Caracasbaai weg. That same evening visitors of Angus Steakhouse & Bar will be able to get a taste of Justin’s specialties through Flavor specials on the menu. Tech company Twelve will offer their services to provide payment cards at the event, making Flavors of Curacao the very first festivity with a digital payment system, an innovative step towards maximum enjoyment.
