Blue Bay Resort to start a unique project ‘The Shore’.
Blue Bay Resort proudly presents their new project. This project includes 32 luxury apartments directly on the beach. On Thursday, February 1st, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the partners, the press and other guests. Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath, Minister of Economic Development Steven Martina, CEO and Owner Sepp Koster en Director Walter Hofstede gave the signal for the beginning of the construction period with a groundbreaking ceremony. The project is planned to be finished by the end of 2019.
The ‘The Shore’ project includes 32 luxury apartments that will be built under the ‘carefree living’ concept. This concept was created around convenience and comfort. For the building process, only quality methods and materials will be used. The apartments will be shared in three buildings. The Amalfi and Cassis buildings will each have 7 apartments, each of these buildings will have their own penthouse. The Belize building will have 18 apartments, of which 3 of them will be penthouses. Residents will have access to the ultimate luxury, high-quality workmanship, direct access to the beach and the latest technology with comfort and safety. The Shore also has an exclusive gated entrance and a generous swimming pool so that the owners can make the most of their privacy and enjoy themselves. The apartments will be sold as permanent homes as well as holiday homes. The home owners will be able to use all services that Blue Bay has to offer.
Thanks to a partnership with APC, the development has started very well. Costs and efforts have not been spared in the creative development of ‘The Shore’. Bo! Arkitektura and project management team Studio Acht are all working on this project. With 12 apartments already sold, its safe to say the pre-sale is off to a good start!
