Willemstad (May 17th, 2016) – Today CHATA premiered the third episode of “NosTURismo”. CHATA firmly believes that tourism and destination development is a contribution of all of us. Tourism does not have one owner or benefactor, it is owned by everyone living and working on Curaçao both directly and indirectly in our tourism industry.
Until March 2017, CHATA will be “capturing people doing what they love” while simultaneously being a key part of our tourism industry. Besides capturing, we are celebrating. Celebrating the passion and motivation that makes Curaçao unique.
Please meet Mr. Hubert Henriquez who is a devoted truck driver working at Wasserij Kòrsow. CHATA captured an amazing story about how passionate and proud he is about keeping the hotels presentable for our guests. Using shortcuts and maneuvering through traffic in rush hour are clear signs of problem solving skills required in the tourism industry. We all have a role and we all can benefit from this industry and Mr. Henriquez is a clear example of tourism being a contribution OF ALL OF US.
