Almost a year ago, we started a new international holiday-home portal with TUIvillas.com.
Without exaggeration, we can see that a new era has begun for our company. Today, we want to give you an understanding as to why, what our strategy behind TUI Villas is, and what it means for you as a provider of holiday accommodation.
There are many holiday-home portals out there. What is missing from the confusing market is a binding statement about quality and service. We consider it our mission to fill this gap together with you as an owner, and enable customers from all over Europe to enjoy a carefree holiday-home vacation. TUI stands for quality, service and reliability. We combine this unique customer promise with the online competence of atraveo.
The new website, TUIvillas.com, is the visible expression of this strategy. Your holiday accommodation will benefit directly from the reputation and reach of the TUI brand. An algorithm continuously scans all the holiday homes and apartments, and highlights the properties, which meet the special quality and service criteria, with the TUI Smile. The criteria include positive customer reviews, service and payment via TUI Villas, as well as comprehensive property descriptions.
The customer promise of the TUI brand applies throughout Europe. The brand has been well-known in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Spain, and Italy for many years. It was introduced successfully in the Netherlands a year ago and also in France and Belgium, a few weeks back. The Scandinavian markets and the UK will follow next.
The advantage for you as an owner: Your holiday home will be heavily advertised in every country as part of the entire range, and can be booked on more and more websites. Currently it is on TUI.com, TUI.at, TUI.ch, and recently, TUI.nl. To be continued….
But that’s not all: In addition, we have recently been marketing your properties via thousands of TUI travel agencies in several countries. Consequently, you will also reach the customers who appreciate and prefer personal advice in a local travel agency.
All this happens automatically for you, i.e. without any extra effort for you as an owner. The costs for additional marketing are covered by your commission. Regardless of the way in which we obtain guests for your accommodation, the booking process is always the same for you. As usual, you will easily be able to control the collaboration process via our owner area.
However, the holiday guest with his/her wishes and expectations remains the most important thing with respect to all the marketing. The guest is at the centre of our efforts.
