Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is part of the “Service Helpdesk” Team. This team is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of these facility services.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle (assess, process and complete) requests of the Service Helpdesk.
  • Coordinate these requests between the 1) client (requester) and 2) executing party (either service department or external contractor). Objective is to ensure the services are carried out according to the timelines and conditions agreed between the 2 parties (client and executing party).
  • Purchasing materials from third parties and upon delivery notify the executing party to start execution of the service.
  • Provide the Finance Department complete and accurate information regarding the charges to be invoiced and ensure these charges are in line with agreements of the client.

Job Requirements:

  • HBO / high level of professional and intellectual ability;
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of maintenance management is a plus.
  • Languages: English, Dutch and Papiamentu or Spanish.
