Shiftleader Driving Range 11.30 am – 08.00 pm
The Late Shiftleader Driving Range is responsible for overseeing the outside operations at the Blue Bay Curacao Golf & Beach Resort. This role involves ensuring the availability, and efficient operation of golf carts for next morning shifts, as well as providing excellent customer service to returning golfers. Golf experience is not required.
The Shiftleader Driving Range plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall golfing experience for members and guests by ensuring the smooth functioning of the golf operations.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Range Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the driving range.
- Supervise range attendants or assistants.
- Train attendants or assistants on customer service skills.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to golfers.
- Range Maintenance: Ensure the driving range is clean, well-maintained, and organized.
- Range Safety: Oversee and enforce safety protocols and guidelines for golfers using the driving range.
- Equipment Inventory: Manage the inventory of practice balls, range accessories, and other equipment.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of receipts.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operations and customer experience.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed in accordance with golf course operations.
